In 2001 jaar begon ik met hardlopen, omdat mijn kraamhulp zei: 'Ik word altijd zo fijn rustig van hardlopen!' Hoewel ik een hekel heb aan sport, loop ik nog steeds dagelijks hard! Op Ren mama, ren deel ik mijn ervaringen en informatie over hardlopen. Want je hoeft niet snel te zijn, om een hardloper te zijn!
